Dr. Pagliari is a Clinical Professor of Real Estate in the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago; prior to that appointment, he was a member of the faculty at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is also the President of Citadel Realty, Inc. and is Special Consultant – Quantitative Analysis to BlackRock Realty. He has written numerous articles, is the editor of The Handbook of Real Estate Portfolio Management, and has given speeches to a number of professional organizations. Additionally, he has also taught the portfolio management and real estate sections of the review class for the Chartered Financial Analysts examination held by DePaul University in conjunction with The Investment Analysts Society of Chicago.

Mr. Pagliari received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois-Urbana, his M.B.A. from DePaul University and his Ph.D. at the University of Illinois-Urbana; he also holds the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant.
